
Sidney holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta. During her studies, she gained valuable experience working with diverse populations and volunteering in adapted physical activity programs. Sidney has a particular interest in working with the geriatric population, as well as individuals with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, vestibular conditions, and post-partum pelvic health and recovery. Sidney is committed to meeting clients where they are in their journey and tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs and goals. She takes a holistic, patient-centered approach, focusing on empowerment and long-term progress to help clients regain strength, independence, and a better quality of life. Outside of her professional life, Sidney enjoys weightlifting, cooking, and spending time on adventures with her two dogs.
