Frances is a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist with years of home-based physiotherapy experience. Frances' approach is driven by functionality and well-being. Her experience includes all ages but she has significant experience with pediatrics (toe-walking, developmental coordination disorder, autism, etc.) and geriatrics (neurological conditions, general mobility, balance training, chronic pain, arthritis, etc.). Furthermore, Frances has special training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy and is excited to bring these skills to you. Whether it is pre/post natal, long standing incontinence, surgical recovery, or simply reconnecting with your pelvic floor, Frances is excited to share her breadth of knowledge and help empower you to achieve your goals. Like her treatment style, Frances is not one-dimensional. She is outdoorsy when the weather is nice. Physically active, but loves a rest day. Enjoys dining out, but also cooking at home. Is a homebody, but is always planning her next trip.
